At Hook Up Designs, we’re all about keeping things smooth and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

We’ve kept things simple, the shipping cost for one Hook Up is the same as for two. So if you’re thinking of grabbing a second one for the front or back garden, now’s the time to double up without paying extra for delivery!

Shipping Delays: Due to the King’s Birthday holiday, all orders placed between 29 May and 5 June will be shipped on 8 June. Thanks for your patience!

    Processing Times and Tracking

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Please note this will be longer during Holiday periods.
    • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
    • Please allow an aditional 5 business days on top of our standard delivery times during holiday periods or public holidays.

    Important Notes

    • We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only. We're working on shipping internationally. Sign up link to be the first to hear when international shipping starts. 
    • Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Hook Up Designs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
    • If you have entered the wrong address and checked out, get in touch via the contact form as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet we'll do our best to update the address. If your order has already been processed we are unable to update the address.
    • Once the order has been submitted we are unable to make changes. Please double check your details before confirming.
    • Unexpected courier delays (e.g. weather, public holidays) are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
    • If you live locally we may be able to arrange a pick up. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange a time and location. 
    • Hook Up is carefully shipped with a protective film to ensure a flawless, premium quality product for your garden. Refer to our How to Install page on how to remove this when your order arrives.
    • All goods are packed carefully and securely to ensure they arrive to you safely. We understand things can go wrong in transit, let us know within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues so we can arrange a solution.
